For standard take out robots, we have below two types. We simply explain their function as below:
- Swing type take out robot (Model: RX650V, RX750V)
Swing arm robot suitable for horizontal injection molding machine below 150T, and can only be used for taking out runners. Although it’s the cheapest robot in our factory, the function is limited. Customers do not use it very often.
“RX” means “swing type robot”,
“650” means “robot vertical stroke 650mm” ,
“V” means one arm.
RX650V - RUNMA swing arm robot, one arm, vertical stroke 650mm.
RX750V - RUNMA 750mm swing arm robot, one arm, vertical stroke 750mm.
- Traversing type take out robot (one axis, two axis, three axis, five axis. Model: RHD, RQ).
Traversing type take out robots suitable for horizontal injection molding machines from 80T up to 3000T.
One axis robot means the traverse stroke is driven by AC servo motor while vertical stroke and crosswise stroke is driven by Pneumatic. It can be used for picking up most products which are easy to pick , have low requirement about the surface and no need to pile up. For example, earphones.
Two axis robot means the traverse stroke and vertical stroke are driven by AC servo motor while crosswise stroke is driven by Pneumatic. It’s suitable for food industry like thin wall, plastic spoons and forks. Thin wall has high requirements of cycle time while our two axis take out robot’s cycle time is 4 seconds. If equipped with a belt conveyor, our two axis traverse robot can pile up the thin walls or spoons on conveyor.
Three axis robot means all three strokes of the main arm are driven by AC servo motor while strokes of sub-arm are driven by Pneumatic if there is a sub-arm. For plastic products which need to insert metals into the mold before injection, a three axis take out robot is your best choice.
Five axis robot means all strokes of the two arms are driven by AC servo motor. It can be used for products which has very high requirements of the products and runners.
